The human body is studied by three sciences - anatomy, physiology and hygiene. Anatomy studies the structure of the body. Physiology studies the functions of organs and the entire organism as a whole. Hygiene studies the conditions necessary for maintaining and promoting health. Among these three sciences, anatomy is traditionally considered the most difficult to understand, both in schools and in higher education institutions. There is an opinion that anatomy can only be mastered by cramming. Cramming, cramming and cramming again! No other way! In fact, this is not so. If we consider the human body as a single system, and not a set of separate organs, then it immediately becomes clear how logically it is structured.
