People have always hoped that they were not alone in the Universe. They hoped that on distant stars they would meet brothers in mind, or at least just living beings. One fine day they met them. And not one, not two - an immense variety of life forms. Hundreds of living planets, the flora and fauna of which are not inferior to our Earth. And so that everyone could get acquainted with at least a particle of this wealth, space zoos were created. The profession of the hero of this book cannot be called ordinary or boring. On duty, he has to fly to distant planets and encounter the most unimaginable creatures. Tens and hundreds of light years have to be overcome in order to catch and bring to Venus an animal that no one has ever brought there before. To further increase the collection of the largest zoo in the Solar System and further enrich human knowledge about the Universe and those who live in it.
