The fourth volume (“Weapons of Oblivion”) of the first five-volume block of the Anthology of World Fiction includes works by German writers: Herbert W. Franke’s novel “The Orchid Cage” and three action novels by Clark Darlton “Planet Lerx-3”, “Militant Andromeda” " and "Weapons of Oblivion" (the third action movie was written by Darlton together with K.E. Scheer). The design of the block is designed so that when placing its constituent books in a certain order (from left to right: "Mutant Weapon", "Current of Alcyone", “Space Fugitive”, “Weapon of Oblivion” and “Ahriman’s Arrow”), their spines will form one common drawing, which is the symbol of this block.
