This publication is a practical guide dedicated to the specifics and general issues of personnel records management in construction organizations, the main functions of which are the construction of buildings and structures of the first and second levels of responsibility. This publication also examines the features of this industry, which consist in the legislative definition of the structure of the organization of this type of activity and specific requirements for quality indicators (level of education, work experience of employees) of the organization engaged in construction.
