A major deal for the sale of a batch of Russian weapons is on the verge of failure. CIA resident Sid Stein, working undercover in one of the states neighboring Russia, is doing everything for this. And, I must say, he succeeds in a lot, but only until Evgeniy Bondar, a counterintelligence officer from the FSB, comes into play.
