In order to achieve the stated priorities of the state, the Russian economy must be transferred to the investment stage of its development as soon as possible. In this regard, the focus of the authorities' efforts should be on decisions in the country's monetary system to reduce bank lending rates and maintain the long-term stability of the ruble in terms of purchasing power.
