Sergei Solovyov (b. 1959) is the author of fifteen books, including: “The Feast” (1993), “The Book” (2000), “Amort” (2005), “Aside” (2010), “Adam’s Bridge” "(2013). Winner of the Planet of the Poet Prize (2012), finalist of the Andrei Bely Prize (2013). The creative style of Sergei Solovyov is often attributed to the meta-realistic direction (A. Parshchikov, A. Dragomoshchenko, I. Zhdanov). According to the author himself, the field of attraction for him is increasingly becoming not literature and, more broadly, art, but the “poetics” of the existence of living matter, rapprochement with the “non-human,” the experience of disassertion at the boundaries of the “I.” The book “Her Names” was composed of new texts from 2013–2015. Lives in Munich.
