He has become a man who knows everything. Bezukladnikov knows about everything before it happens, and, wincing with boredom, allows the super agents to crush each other, easily slipping into their own space of existence. Because he realized that he has the right to a personal, unaccountable to anyone and completely autonomous internal space, and therefore may not share his gift with humanity, no matter what general value it represents, and not try to save the world for his own and personal sake.
