Ekaterina Rozhdestvenskaya is a writer, photo artist, daughter of the famous poet Robert Rozhdestvensky. “This is a book about a wonderful and integral part of my life - travel and food. About the cities I visited over these five years, the roads that never ended, the people I decided to remember, and also the recipes I collected everywhere. But I can’t help but warn you – these are intolerant notes. Tolerance is very fashionable today, but, excuse me, I am of a completely different cloth. I write as it is - I call black things black, and ugly things - ugly, and I don’t intend to adapt to everyone or anyone in particular. I come from a Soviet childhood, when many things were different and were called by their proper names. And if I did offend someone, then I apologize. The publishing layout is saved in PDF A4 format.
