On Baffin Island, cut off from the mainland, there is Lake Ogak, cut off from the ocean. Part of the ocean is captured by the land, which is surrounded on all sides by the ocean... This is reminiscent of military operations, although the actions are not visible: the island is in no hurry to leave the encirclement, and the lake seems to have become accustomed to its captivity. When the ocean gets used to captivity, it becomes a lake. Lake Ogak became a lake, burying hopes of returning to the ocean. But the memories are alive in it. The lower layer of water is buried hopes. The average elephant of water is living memories. The top layer is reality: five meters of fresh water. Five meters is a sufficient layer not to be suspected of being committed to the ocean. Freshwater lake. An ordinary lake. But in its depths there is a layer of salt water. And the sea fish cod lives there. Not at the very bottom, where hopes are buried - where hopes are buried, nothing lives there anymore. Near Lake Ogak, everything there is poisoned with a deadly poison. And sea cod lives in the middle layer, where memories of the ocean, which was not hidden behind a layer of fresh water, are still alive.
