Giordano Bruno (1548–1600) is one of the most striking and controversial figures of the Renaissance, who combined the incongruous throughout his life. A Dominican monk and heretic, poet and philosopher, he studied cosmology, logic and even magic. The reader is invited to the philosophical and poetic treatise “On Heroic Enthusiasm,” in which the revolutionary and undying spirit of the Renaissance event is most clearly expressed.
