Paul Tillich (1886–1965) was a German-American Christian thinker, theologian, and cultural philosopher. The main problems of Tillich’s work are Christianity and culture, the place of Christianity in modern culture and the spiritual experience of mankind. These problems are considered by Tillich in terms of ontology and anthropology, cultural studies and philosophy of history, Christology and biblical hermeneutics. The book provides an ontological analysis of the concepts of “love”, “strength”, “justice”, and their basic, “root” meanings are clarified. The content of these concepts is revealed through examples of relations between people, between government and society, and between states. The unity of love, power and justice in God as the basis of being is considered as the theological foundation of Christian ethics. The publishing layout is saved in a4.pdf format.
