The final part of the subcultural saga “Hooligans-80” is dedicated to the creative floor of the underground during the period when, in the eighties, after the weakening of censorship, a stream of frenzied amateur activity poured onto the stages and into the exhibition halls of the Soviet empire, which was unraveling at the seams. These are stories about how, after breaking through onto the official stage, everyone who found themselves on it unofficially tried to find their place in the outline of the process designated by the country's leadership as Perestroika, Glasnost and Acceleration.
