The legal basis for contractual relationships between consumers of electrical energy and energy supply organizations and regulatory relationships with the authorities of the State Energy Supervision (Rostechnadzor) are considered. An analysis of the problem of reducing industrial electrical injuries is carried out and a constructive approach to its solution is shown.
