The book is dedicated to an urgent problem that has recently become extremely acute and painful. In the context of widespread reorganization of energy supply companies, constantly changing legislation and, most importantly, due to a shortage of generating capacity, connecting new consumers to power supply systems is gradually becoming almost impossible. In the form of questions and answers, the practical manual covers all stages of connecting consumers to power grids and concluding a power supply agreement with power supply companies organizations: obtaining technical conditions and/or permission to connect power, drawing up an act of delimitation of balance sheet ownership and operational responsibility, developing a power supply project (scheme), obtaining an act of admitting an electrical installation into operation, drawing up and concluding an energy supply agreement. The issues of responsibility of energy supply organizations and electricity consumers for compliance with contractual obligations are discussed separately. Using the example of the largest regional energy supply company - Mosenergo - an analysis of numerous practical situations is given, presented in the form of questions from consumers of electric energy and answers to them from the energy sales company with comments from the author.
