This book is the fruit of several years of practical work by a group of specialists and volunteers with thousands of potential suicides on the Pobedish.ru project. It raises the most pressing questions that concern such people, to which deep, accurate and interesting answers are given, helping recipients understand the true sources of their problems, change their worldview and start a new life. Previously, the book was published under the title “Suicide: a mistake or a way out?”
