This collective monograph reflects current issues of state regulation of economic activity, including theoretical problems of the limits of state regulation of entrepreneurship, state participation in civil circulation, ensuring a balance of private and public interests, the relationship between state regulation and self-regulation of entrepreneurial and professional activities. The monograph was prepared by participants in the interactive round table “Law and Economic Development: Problems of State Regulation of the Economy”, organized by the Department of Business Law of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov on December 1, 2016, as part of the VI Moscow Legal Week together with the Moscow branch of the Russian Bar Association. The monograph is intended for teachers, researchers and practitioners, government officials, students, undergraduates, graduate students, as well as for anyone interested in the problems of entrepreneurial law and comparative law.
