Let's be honest: when we were offered to write this book, we were not sure that we would agree. After all, we are professional teachers. And everything that we have written and are writing relates specifically to pedagogy, perhaps partly to psychology, but certainly not to economics and management. How can we write a whole book, including advice in the field of economics and management?.. However, on the other hand, the honest truth is that we are practitioners. And everything we do, we always do ourselves. This, of course, includes the economic aspects of our activities - organization, management, etc. That is, with any project we always go through all stages - from idea to full implementation. This, of course, applies to our main “brainchild” - the “Orange” School in St. Petersburg. In the process of implementing this project, we had (and have) to become closely acquainted with all aspects of the process of organizing and opening a children's educational institution - legal, economic, etc. Colleagues often turn to us for advice. Therefore, the whole range of questions like “where to start, how to succeed” turned out to be close and understandable to us. In short, we made up our minds.
