In the textbook, the reader will become acquainted with the cyclical development of leasing in the USA, Germany, Great Britain, Japan, Italy, France, Russia, which has not previously been covered in the literature; with proportions in leasing financing and its leverage; with the theory and practice of securitization of leasing assets; with the formation of the cost of leasing contracts; with a mechanism for assigning monetary rights to receivables; with the issue of securities of lessors; with requirements for structuring transactions; with a system of inequalities developed by the author that regulates the securitization of leasing assets and the pricing of these transactions; with foreign and domestic experience in securitization of leasing assets; with the feasibility of using operational leasing, which is also called true and service leasing; with the author’s evidence at hearings in the State Duma in 2011 about the benefits of leasing to the state budget. The author also answers the question of whether the growth of the leasing industry in Russia will continue and under what circumstances.
