The manual is intended to increase the effectiveness of the professional activities of teachers, both in terms of their own success and the learning outcomes of students and listeners. The author’s many years of experience in organizational and pedagogical work as the director of a comprehensive secondary school, vice-rector for educational and methodological work, as well as research work on the study of the leading motives of teaching activity, cited by the author over the past ten years, shows that the level of management culture of the teacher plays a significant role in ensuring the quality of training of students.
