“These notes, if they are read by experienced teachers, especially teachers of literature, for some of them they will become, at least in part, a confirmation of their own conclusions, for others they will cause bewilderment and, possibly, objections. This is quite natural: each teacher has his own answers to the questions that work at school poses to us. I think my thoughts will be of interest primarily to young teachers and those who, reflecting on their future, are thinking about the teaching profession, in particular in especially - teachers of Russian language and literature. My notes can help them in choosing both a profession and ways to master it. I assume and hope that these notes will also be of interest to parents. After all, mothers and fathers, grandparents, who are thoughtful and serious about upbringing, also think about how a child masters his native language and literature, why it is difficult or uninteresting for him (and this often happens), so it is important for them to know how happens, to see this process “from the inside” to the extent that it is possible to see it from the outside. In addition, the thoughts expressed here, especially in the second part of the notes, are based on my maternal, and not just teacher’s experience.”
