Grace Douglas is trying her hand at skiing as she prepares for her friend Kara Donovan's bachelorette party on the Aspen slopes. But here’s the problem: although Grace lives in Cunningham Falls, located among the picturesque mountains of Montana, she is not a skier, and so on the eve of the trip, she takes lessons at a local ski resort and hopes with all her heart that if something happens, an ambulance will be nearby. Sexy innkeeper Jacob Baxter is only too happy to play instructor, but he soon realizes that he prefers the ski lodge where hot drinks are served to any place on Mount Grace. Jacob is immediately drawn to Grace's sense of humor and laughter and sets out to teach her how to handle easy trails so she can have fun skiing with her friends in Aspen. It doesn’t even occur to him that mutual attraction will serve as an impetus for an avalanche of passion rushing straight to his heart.
