The name of Vladimir Solovyov has become intertwined with the very body of Russian philosophical thought. He had a fundamental influence not only on the development of Russian religious philosophy, but also on the very range of issues and the content of public discussion. Solovyov was rightly called the “apostle of the intelligentsia” - he managed to talk about religion, metaphysics, the soul and God in such a way that his words were heard by Russian intellectuals. Without knowledge of Solovyov’s philosophical heritage, not only a significant part of contemporary and especially subsequent Russian philosophy cannot be understood; without it, a significant and perhaps the best part of Russian poetry of the Silver Age, many pages of Russian prose, etc. remain incomprehensible. of the works he created, one of the most famous and deservedly popular is “Readings on God-Humanity”: in them, the very young Soloviev concisely and expressively gives an essentially general outline of his ideas. There is no better introduction to Solovyov’s thought than his “Readings...”, and without knowledge of this thought little can be understood in Russian debates and conversations of the Silver Age. The publishing layout is preserved in a4.pdf format.
