In this book, I share my experience of how I managed to almost completely restore my health during 4.5 years of study at Santem Yoga University. The yogic, healing and esoteric knowledge and practices studied at the University helped me with this. From my point of view, the living practical experience of a person who has successfully solved his problems is much more valuable and interesting than any dry theory. Perhaps not everything written in this book will be useful to you personally, but everyone finds in it something useful for themselves and begins to understand how to get out of what is happening to them.
