Ten years ago, several high-profile trials took place in England in which women were accused of killing their small children. The jury's verdict relied on the findings of forensic experts. But an initiative group led by the famous television journalist Laurie Natrass achieved a review of these cases - on the grounds that the opinion of the main expert was allegedly biased and unprofessional.
