The book by Polish theologian and historian Julian Grzesik is originally called “Aliyah of Israel.” “Aliyah” is Hebrew for “ascent.” The author uses this word both literally and allegorically, denoting not only the return of the Jews to Israel, but also the elevation of the soul of the people, striving to find their God and reunite with him. Julian Grzesik's book is a most interesting and comprehensive source of information on the history of the Jewish people from the time of the Jewish War against Rome (66–73 AD) to the present day. The special advantage of the book is that all historical events are correlated in it directly with the evidence of biblical prophecies, visibly embodied in the fate of the most ancient people on Earth.
