The study examines aspects of Turkish foreign policy regarding the Karabakh conflict in historical and modern dimensions. Based on broad factual material, the problem of Nagorno-Karabakh is analyzed in the context of Armenian-Turkish relations and the new foreign policy doctrine of neo-Pan-Turkism.
