Under the heading “In the Shadow of Pseudonyms,” “Creepy Miracle Children” by Linda Quilt are published. “A collection of “true stories,” writes Natalia Vasilyeva in the note “From the Translator,” “was published in 2006 in one of the leading German magazines.” Hanser Publishing House. Judging by the indications on the title page, this book is a translation from English... The book by an unknown writer was well received in Germany, went through a second edition, and was translated into Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese and Japanese... On the cover of the English edition of the book... it reads intriguingly: “ Linda Quilt, with some assistance from Hans Magnus Enzensberger." Therefore, in the section “Authors of the issue” there is no biographical information about the English writer, but there is about her German colleague, although in his short afterword Hans Magnus Enzensberger (1929) is consistently evasive regarding his “assistance.”
