Thirty years ago, Josie Masters, then an eight-year-old girl, witnessed the kidnapping of seven-year-old Dylan Jones. The boy was led away by the hand during a fair carnival by a clown with red hair. Josie tried to attract the attention of others, but when she finally succeeded, it was too late. The clown and Dylan disappeared. The boy was never found.
