The exhibition of the National Museum of Art of Catalonia presents almost all areas of art - more than 200,000 exhibits. It contains works of painting, sculpture, drawings, engravings, photographs, objects of decorative and applied art, furniture and much more. The chronological scope of the collection covers the period from the 10th to the 20th centuries. Most of the paintings are by Spanish masters, including such outstanding artists as Velazquez, Goya, Zurbaran, and El Greco.
