Russia, 1920. The famous actress and singer Zinaida Kazarosa comes on tour to a small Ural town. Members of the Esperanto club invite the star to perform at their party. Casarosa agrees and... dies right on stage at the hands of an unknown killer. “Esperantist” Svechnikov, in love with the singer and who organized her concert, is trying to establish who committed this monstrous crime. The action of the novel takes place in parallel in two eras, in 1920 and 1975, and captivates us to investigate mysterious events.
