Vladimir Belobrov (born in 1962) and Oleg Popov (born in 1965). Graduated from the Faculty of Philology of Moscow State University, since 1988 they have been performing together as musicians (Russian Brothers group) and artists. They also worked together as hosts of original radio programs. They published several books in the St. Petersburg publishing house "Red Sailor" and "Limbus Press" (the novel "The Red Tambourine").
