The republication of stories about famous dogs opens a new publishing series of the State Public Historical Library of Russia, in which will reprint books from the “Children's Collection” of the Rare Books Department of the State Public Library. The authors of the pictures drawn and carved on wood for polytypes in the original text are the famous Russian artist I. S. Panov and the best Russian engraver M. N. Rashevsky (St. Petersburg).< /p>
