Obvious typos noted have been corrected. If it was unclear whether it was a typo or a deliberately changed word, no corrections were made. In general, the original spelling has been preserved. The electronic version contains a fairly large number of figures and tables with black content and a transparent background. If your reader has a black background, you may have problems displaying these figures and tables. In the paper edition, some materials are typed in a stylized font in capital letters, which makes it difficult to recognize and subsequently edit a fairly large amount of text.
