“In the Open Field” is a new book by poet and prose writer Nikolai Denisov, winner of the International Literary Prize “Imperial Culture”. These are lines about friends and comrades in the literary workshop, their life and creative path. The author traces the most capacious “milestones” in the history of the organization of Tyumen writers - against the background of the events of the Soviet and post-Soviet era - through personal perception of various moments of existence. The book is published for the 50th anniversary of the Tyumen regional branch of the Union of Writers of Russia.
