The monograph analyzes the official Russian state policy to combat inflation. It has been revealed that it is unreasonable for reasons of inflation and not adequate for the purposes of public administration. Methods of factor analysis are considered, with the help of which the nature and causes of Russian inflation are established. The non-monetary nature of Russian inflation has been proven. Public administration measures are proposed that combine inflation targeting with multi-parameter public management, in particular in the field of economic growth, the problem of underpaid wages and other equally important areas of state responsibility.
