Nikolay Aleksandrovich Shchegolev (1910-1975) is one of the most prominent poets of the eastern branch of the first wave of Russian emigration, an active participant in the poetry studios “Young Churaevka” (Harbin) and “Friday” (Shanghai), and a talented critic. Shchegolev did not care about preserving his poetic heritage, and upon returning to the USSR in 1947, he completely withdrew from active creative activity. This publication presents Shchegolev’s work with maximum completeness to date - poems, prose and articles on literary topics.
