A new natural balance has emerged, which one day is disrupted as a result of the influence of an unknown factor. Giant fossil sharks, megalodons, have been returned from oblivion, representing the most advanced living killing weapons. The first signs of another global war appear... The main character of the story is a two-legged male, whose carrier is a mutant killer whale, obsessed with the search for a female and the mythical Ancient Earth, knowledge of which he received from his dead mother. At the same time, he is torn apart by contradictions: an inexplicable attraction to New Babylon - the place of reunification and possible death of all flocks; the weight of other people's memories of the lost world “before the flood”; instinct of self-preservation and the desire to regain a human image. The choice before him is difficult, and the influence of overcontrol is almost irresistible, but he will get his chance...
