The country is de facto ruled by the New Inquisition, which is a religious organization promoting its religion based on a number of traditional beliefs. The Inquisition is trying to organize society, boost the economy, and restore order. The highest degree of Russophobia is widespread in Europe. There is a conflict between people born in a traditional way and people raised in an incubator. Some of the “incubator” people are capable of telepathy, but hide this fact from the rest of society.
