People have always dreamed of a fair society. Their hopes and aspirations were first voiced by thinkers and writers of antiquity. The most famous works on this topic are the works of the English humanist Thomas More “Utopia” and the Italian philosopher Tommaso Campanella “City of the Sun”. Both authors reflect on inequality and on the best government system, where people will not feel like slaves to their masters and employers. These thoughts are still relevant today.
