The heroes of the story “Seconds” are creative people, but they have to investigate the story of the mysterious suicide of a young poet. “Seconds” begins as a detective story about the life of bohemia in the late 1980s and early 1990s. It is not immediately clear that the action of the story takes place in a world where A. S. Pushkin took an active part in the Decembrist uprising, was exiled to Siberia and never became a great writer... The books of D. Truskinovskaya are captivating with an excellent combination of intense intrigue and paradoxical construction and a special, unconventional way of presentation. Interesting characters, unusual circumstances of actions, humor and observation of the author will give the reader many pleasant moments.
