Juha lives on the outskirts of Stockholm, in an ordinary family where parents like to slam doors and sometimes yell at each other. Juha is an ordinary boy; he differs from others only in that he desperately loves to make people laugh. He makes faces and tells jokes, lies and makes dirty jokes. Juha is a comedian by nature, but no one appreciates this, for the time being. Another difference between Yuha and other children: he is haunted by an angel. The angel has burning eyes, sharp fangs and long claws. Perhaps this is not an angel at all? “The Childhood of a Comedian” is a funny, sad and wise story about the time when you experience the first betrayal, resentment and first non-love. “I Want to Go Home” is a story about a completely different time in life. Two sisters, Raquel and Ruth, are so different and at the same time so similar to each other. Ruth has a prosperous family, a boring husband and two children, slightly mysterious, like all children. Ruth cooks food, vacuums floors and wipes dust, Ruth is an exemplary housewife. Her sister Raquel is a waster, a dreamer and a loser who has devoted her life to a worthless guy who doesn’t care about her. One day, the paths of two sisters converge, and a tragicomedy of love and hate begins, a family drama that every now and then turns into a farce. Jonas Gardel is a comedian and writer, his name is familiar to every Swede, his humor makes you laugh and scares you - it is too similar to the truth.< /p>
