This book puts forward the thesis about the unity of the world, the commonality of the basic laws of the universe. From this follows a cyclical concept of history, which allows us to determine the same phases of development among different peoples in different periods and build a forecast for the development of the main peoples of humanity for the next 50–100 years. The constructed cyclical concept of history and universal laws made it possible to predict the transition of the developed countries of America and Europe from egalitarian democracy to limited proportionality. For the first time, the root causes of the most terrible crime of mankind, common to all peoples and centuries, have been identified - genocide. The positive and negative consequences of the action of universal laws are shown using the example of a prominent political figure of the 20th century, Leon Trotsky, the engine of the Russian revolution of 1917, the consequences of which determined the subsequent transition to socialism in the developed countries of America and Europe.
