On the eve of the presidential elections, the Russian special services become aware that a conspiracy is brewing in the country, the initiators of which have drawn up a Memorandum dictating a number of political conditions for the current government and, above all, for the President. The threads of the conspiracy stretch to the former leadership of the country, supported by individual governors, ministers, oligarchs... Without informing the President, the special services begin to fight against the guarantors of the Memorandum, and in this confrontation the parties go so far that they themselves become hostages of the events taking place...
