Why 38 parrots? Apparently, because with another birthday came wisdom, and, like the boa constrictor from the Soviet cartoon of the same name, the number of years can be measured in parrots (this time exactly thirty-eight). Experience has already accumulated for a new book (working title “Applied Love”), and for this it was decided to publish the written works. This book includes prose, mostly written during the period when the author was fewer years old than he had teeth in his mouth: a collection of short stories, “The Beauty of Life,” as well as poetry, mainly from the last five years: “Return.” And as a bonus, the parable of the stones is added at the end.
