Despite the fact that this book is already a century and a half old, the topic itself has been exciting our civilization for over two thousand years, i.e., in fact, since its existence. Does the human soul exist and how and when does it move to the afterlife, how and how long does it live there, how and why does it return? All these questions sooner or later begin to worry every person, but despite the change in scientific models, the growth of scientific and technological progress and hi-tech technologies, we are still marking time at the very entrance to the afterlife and know about it no more than what was written in his time Lucretius: “Nowadays there are neither ways nor the opportunity to fight them, Since after death everyone must fear eternal punishment, If the nature of the soul is unknown: is it born together with the body or is it implanted in those who were born afterwards, Together Does it perish with us, dissolved by death, Or does it descend to Orc into darkness and desert lakes, Or is it embodied in other animals by the will of the highest?” In short, there are still many more questions in this topic than answers.
