In the self-proclaimed Republic of Upper Burunda in northern Central Africa, a dozen Russian citizens who arrived there to build a railway disappeared without a trace. One of them is a former colleague of FSB General Alekseev, who once saved his life. The general turns to his, as he calls it, “field agent with broad powers” Yuri Yakushev with a request to search and rescue the missing Russians.
