The monograph is devoted to the issues of ensuring personal development in education as a determining factor in the development of professionalism when receiving higher and postgraduate professional education by adults, that is, people with life experience. The authors analyzed existing approaches to solving these issues, proposed a model of the educational environment that takes into account the value content of education, and also described the practical experience of implementing this model at the Faculty of Further Education of PSTGU. The presentation is illustrated with diagrams and tables. The main advantage of the book is that all theoretical constructs have been tested by the practical experience of the educational institution in which the authors are engaged in pedagogical and administrative activities.
