Description of the activities of the military intelligence is given against the backdrop of complex and contradictory events in the internal political life of China - the “Chinese Troubles.”
The work is provided with comments and notes and is of interest both to intelligence officers and to a wide range of readers. It is essentially the prehistory of another fundamental work - “Your Ramsay”, dedicated to the Soviet intelligence officer Richard Sorge.
