Collection of documents (editors V.A. Ilinykh, Doctor of Historical Sciences, head of the sector of agrarian history of the Institute of History SB RAS, and O.K. Kavtsevich, director of the State Budgetary Institution GANO) The main task of the collection offered to the reader is the creation of a representative source a basis for identifying trends, stages, results, general patterns and regional features of the activities of central, regional and local structures of the party and Soviet administration to implement the collectivization of the Siberian countryside. The collection includes transcripts of three meetings (the regional meeting on preparations for the spring agricultural campaign, collectivization and dispossession (January 30 - 31, 1930), extended meetings of the Bureau of the Siberian Regional Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks on April 8 and April 21, 1930), resolutions adopted as a result, reports of the regional committee and the plenipotentiary representative of the OGPU for the Siberian Territory. Of particular interest are the transcripts of speeches at meetings of the regional committee bureau of the Secretary of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks L.M. Kaganovich.
